Garman Joins Titan Coaches With 3-Year Deals

Judi Garman has become the third Cal State Fullerton women’s coach to sign a three-year contract, Fullerton announced Tuesday.

Garman, who coaches softball, joins basketball coach Maryalyce Jeremiah and gymnastics coach Lynn Rogers with three-year deals.

In Garman’s 10 seasons at Fullerton, she has taken the Titans to the College World Series seven times, winning the title in 1986. Her record at Fullerton is 515-136-3.

“It is very gratifying to feel the school is recognizing my accomplishments as a coach,” Garman said. “It will really help in my recruiting because the athletes know the program will remain constant and under the same direction.”
