Niguel Boundaries

Look at the boundary map for the proposed city of Laguna Niguel. It looks like a poorly stuffed turkey. Clearly an example of too many cooks spoiling the broth. In this case it is an example of too many advisory boards ruining a city.
What needs to be done is change the boundaries. Do away with the poorly stuffed turkey look. Add the coastal strip. Then Laguna Niguel will look, and be, as it should: a great city.
