Former NBA player Marvin (Bad News) Barnes, 37, of San Diego, pleaded guilty to stealing videotapes from an adult bookstore in San Diego.
Because of a previous theft offense, the crime is a felony that carries a maximum sentence of two years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
