Edward Scott, 19, a 6-foot-5 freshman forward from Inglewood, and Corey Rogers, 18, a 6-3 freshman from La Puente, were among three Northern Arizona basketball players arrested and accused of taking part in a scheme to use stolen checks and a stolen credit card, Flagstaff police said Thursday.
Also arrested Wednesday was David Truell, 21, a 6-4 junior guard from New York, said Sgt. Pascual Macias.
Lumberjack Coach Pat Rafferty said Scott “has been suspended indefinitely” from the team while Rogers “is under investigative suspension.”
