Brea-Olinda Wrestlers Top Four Opponents
Brea-Olinda High School won all four of its matches at a five-team wrestling meet Tuesday at Brea.
Brea defeated La Mirada, 56-18; Sonora, 53-24; Estancia, 51-21, and La Quinta, 63-2.
In the 15 weight classes, seven Wildcat wrestlers won first-place honors. Tim Nakamura (112 pounds) and Eric Salas (132) both recorded pins in each of their four matches for Brea. Teammate Jeff Henderson (105) had three pins and one victory by forfeit, and Jason Harmon (98) had two pins and two victories by forfeit.
La Mirada finished 3-1, followed by Sonora (2-2), Estancia (1-3) and La Quinta (0-4).
