Sortino Leads Marina in Girls’ Tournament

Melisa Sortino scored 21 points and had six assists to lead Marina High School to a 67-45 victory over Davis in a semifinal game of Ceres High School girls’ basketball tournament Friday in Modesto. Christa York scored 14 for Marina.
Marina (4-0) plays Ceres at 12:30 p.m. today for the championship.
