Long Beach Wins Titles at UC Irvine Swim Meet

IRVINE — Cal State Long Beach won the men’s and women’s titles Sunday at the UC Irvine swimming invitational at Heritage Park.
The UC Irvine men’s team finished second; the Irvine women’s team finished third.
Two USC swimmers each won two events Sunday. Eric Hochstein won the men’s 1,650-meter freestyle and the 200 butterfly and Karen McClurr won the women’s 1,650 freestyle and 200 breaststroke.
