Long Beach Wins Titles at UC Irvine Swim Meet

Cal State Long Beach won the men’s and women’s titles Sunday at the UC Irvine swimming invitational at Heritage Park.

The UC Irvine men’s team finished second; the Irvine women’s team finished third.

Two USC swimmers each won two events Sunday. Eric Hochstein won the men’s 1,650-meter freestyle and the 200 butterfly and Karen McClurr won the women’s 1,650 freestyle and 200 breaststroke.
