Fallbrook 79, San Dieguito 63--Fallbrook trailed by three after the third quarter but outscored San Dieguito, 31-12, in the fourth. Chris Miller scored 21 for Fallbrook (16-7, 7-4). Sean Howard and Matt de la Pena each scored 21 for San Dieguito (9-12, 4-7).

Poway 114, Vista 82--Kyle Milling scored 23 points and had eight rebounds for No. 8 Poway (15-5, 6-5). Teammate Greg Sorrell scored 21 points and had six steals. Jason Barnes scored 28 points for Vista (5-15, 1-10).

Rancho Buena Vista 97, Orange Glen 61--Brad Grubaugh scored 25 points to lead RBV (11-9, 7-4). Teammate Darryl Parker scored 24 points, had 13 rebounds and seven blocked shots. Orange Glen dropped to 0-18, 0-11.

Carlsbad 75, Ramona 64--Calvin Coleman led all scorers with 26 points for Carlsbad (6-13, 3-6). Alfonso De La Nuez had five three-pointers for Ramona (13-6, 5-5) and finished with 22.

San Pasqual 73, Escondido 49--Erik Meek scored 38 points for No. 7 San Pasqual at Escondido. Sophomore Damien Cephas scored 22 for Escondido (5-12, 3-7). San Pasqual is 15-5 and 8-1.

El Camino 99, San Marcos 67--Jeff Reeves scored 23 points for El Camino (16-6, 9-1). San Marcos dropped to 1-18, 0-9.

Metro Conference

Bonita Vista 66, Chula Vista 58--Bonita Vista past Chula Vista and moved into second. Rope Perry led the Barons (13-6, 9-2) with 19 points. Allen McNamee scored 15 and teammate Matt Gibbs added 11, and both had eight rebounds. Carnell Tenn had 26 for Chula Vista (17-6, 8-2).

Sweetwater 91, Southwest 42--Carlos Campbell scored 28 points and Joe McDowell added 25 points for No. 1 Sweetwater (22-1, 11-0). Southwest dropped to 6-17, 2-9.

Castle Park 58, Mar Vista 41--Eric Bell and Bernard Bellamy each scored 13 for visiting Castle Park (9-10, 6-5). Elisha Burns led Mar Vista (2-19, 1-10) with 15.

Hilltop 73, Montgomery 66--Chris White scored a game-high 29 for Hilltop (12-11, 6-5). Leslie Shaw scored 29 points and pulled down 30 rebounds for Montgomery (1-10, 3-16).
