Greg LeMond, world cycling champion, will be out of action for at least a month because of an unidentified virus infection, his French team Z said.
LeMond, winner of last year’s Tour de France, has returned to the United States to rest and will probably resume cycling May 6 in the Tour de Trump before returning to Europe for the Giro d’Italia, according to team Z officials.
