Troy 9, Gahr 6--Catcher Steve Friedrich hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the eighth inning for Troy.
With two outs in the eighth, Brent Larcher was hit by a pitch and Rob Williams walked. Friedrich then lined an 0-2 pitch over the right-field fence.
The Warriors (15-9) had four home runs in the game, including two by Tim Hostetler.
Hostetler had a solo homer in the second, his first of the season, and then hit a two-run homer in the sixth, which tied the score at 6-6.
Matt Carter hit a two-run homer in the first for Troy, his fifth home run of the season.
Relief pitcher Troy Windle (3-2) came on in the sixth inning with one out and the bases loaded. Gahr scored two unearned runs in the inning but Windle struck out six and allowed just one unearned run in three innings of work to pick up the victory.
