Steve Trittschuh, a defender on the United States national soccer team, was loaned today to Czechoslovak champion Sparta Prague through next June 15.

Trittschuh is the second American player to sign with a foreign club since the end of the World Cup. Midfielder Tab Ramos last week was loaned to Figueras of the Spanish second division.

Trittschuh, a 25-year-old from Granite City, Ill., was a two-time All-American at Southern Illinois University, where he scored 13 goals.

He has two goals in 39 international appearances, scoring against Trinidad and Tobago in 1989 and against Iceland this year.

Sparta Prague will play Sparta Moscow next month in the first round of the European Champions Cup.
