From Times Wire Services
OXNARD —
Residents along the coast northwest of Los Angeles felt the ground move today, but seismologists said it was not a quake.
“We have been getting lots of calls, but it was definitely not an earthquake,” said Robert Finn of the Caltech in Pasadena.
Walls and windows rattled about 9:40 a.m. along a 60-mile stretch including Calabasas, Camarillo, Oxnard, Montecito, Goleta, Santa Barbara and Isla Vista.
