The U.S. soccer team will play Trinidad and Tobago, the team the Americans defeated to qualify for the World Cup, today at High Point, N.C.

The United States’ 1-0 upset of Trinidad and Tobago in Port of Spain last spring sent the team to the World Cup for the first time in 40 years.

For the rematch, the rosters of both teams are depleted because some of the top players have signed with European clubs.

The match will mark the return of forward Peter Vermes, who injured his ankle at the World Cup in June and has not played since.

Another addition to the U.S. roster is Anton Nistl of Los Angeles. Nistl was an All-American goalkeeper at UCLA and played for the San Diego Nomads of the APSL West.
