THE SIDELINES : Assault by Seahawk Alleged
A man alleges that he was assaulted in the parking lot of a restaurant by Seattle Seahawks running back Derrick Fenner, a police report says.
The report says Fenner, the Seahawks’ leading rusher and NFL’s leading scorer, kicked the man and then struck him in the face while the man was held by a third man.
The third man was not named but was described in the report by a witness as another Seahawk.
The name of the alleged victim was withheld from the report at his request.
No charges have been filed.
