Dana Hills’ Mall Wins Tennis Title

Anne Mall, a 15-year-old junior at Dana Hills High School, won the 18-under division of the United States Tennis Assn. National Indoor Hardcourt tennis championships Sunday at Kansas City.
Mall defeated Kelly Pace, 6-2, 7-6, for the championship and defeated top-seeded Kim Shasby, 6-4, 6-3, in the semifinals.
Mall teamed with Lindsey Davenport of Palos Verdes Chadwick High School in doubles to win the doubles title in the 18-under division.
