Paul Landreaux will resign as the men’s basketball coach at St. Mary’s College at the end of this season, school officials announced today. Landreaux, who took over the Gaels’ program last season, is in the second year of a three-year contract. St. Mary’s is 1-2 this season after a 72-69 overtime victory Wednesday night over Nevada. The Gaels were 7-20 overall and finished sixth in the West Coast Athletic Conference last year.
