SOUTHERN SECTION GIRLS’ BASKETBALL PLAYOFFS : DIVISION I-A ROUNDUP

In another Division I-A game:

Capistrano Valley 65, Temecula Valley 46--Alisa Farr had s triple-double--17 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds--and Angie White had 23 points for the host Cougars (18-6).

Ann Montero added 12 points for Capistrano Valley, which pulled away after leading, 11-9, after one quarter.

Trailing by 20 in the third quarter, Temecula Valley had a 9-0 streak, but the Cougars countered with an 8-2 run of their own.

Lisa Misipeka had 13 points and Carole Winkel had 11 for Temecula Valley (21-4).
