HELP WANTED: The new issue of Money magazine ranks Orange County No. 2 nationally in the number of new professional and managerial jobs that will be created in the next five years. . . . The Los Angeles area is first. The magazine says Orange County will add 108,000 jobs by 1996. Jobs in most demand: marketing managers, real estate managers and management analysts. In least demand: journalists, vocational counselors and elementary school teachers.
