In other Century League baseball:

Foothill 14, Villa Park 1--Neil Garcia went two for three with a first-inning homer and three runs batted in and Clint Pearson was two for three with five RBIs for Foothill (7-9, 4-4).

Santa Ana Valley 4, Canyon 3 (nine innings)--Brian Lee doubled to open the bottom of the ninth, took third on a wild pitch and scored when Al Ramos squeezed him home for Santa Ana Valley (6-12, 3-5).

In the Olympic League:

Orange Lutheran 10, Whitney 8--Jeff Courvoisier’s solo home run and Matt Hendron’s two-run single highlighted a four-run seventh inning as Orange Lutheran (10-4, 5-2) came from behind to top host Whitney (10-4, 4-3). Courvoisier, who finished with three hits, also pitched the final 6 1/3 innings for the victory.

In the Pacific Coast League:

Estancia 7, Century 1--Colby French had three hits with three RBIs and Ruben Mora doubled and hit a bases-empty home run and scored twice for visiting Estancia (11-4, 7-1).

Laguna Beach 6, Costa Mesa 5--Laguna Beach won the game in the bottom of the seventh inning on Jason Levinson’s base hit and stolen base and Sean Sauers’ RBI single. Costa Mesa scored five runs on six walks in the top of the seventh inning to tie the score. Sauers also had a home run in the second inning for Laguna Beach (4-10-1, 3-5).

Laguna Hills 5, Trabuco Hills 4--Trailing 4-2 heading into the bottom of the sixth, Matt Bonas singled home Jeremy Gillen with the winning run to cap a three-run rally.

In the Sunset League:

Ocean View 4, Huntington Beach 3--Curtis Bruce hit his first home run of the year for Huntington Beach (9-8, 3-3).

Westminster 5, Santa Ana 2--Senior left-hander David Vergara (2-2) pitched a two-hitter with a career-high 13 strikeouts for host Westminster (9-9, 3-3).

Fountain Valley 14, Marina 5--Rich Montgomery had four hits and three RBIs and Brad Powers had three hits and three RBIs for host Fountain Valley (18-3, 6-0).

In nonleague:

Woodcrest Christian 13, Liberty Christian 2 (five innings)--Jerry Moore (7-0) pitched a two-hitter and struck out four for Woodcrest Christian (10-1). Jeremy Anderson doubled, stole third and scored on Jon Butcher’s sacrifice fly for Liberty Christian (9-5).

In the Pride of the Coast tournament:

Corona del Mar 15, Morningside 4--Tim DeCinces had three hits and four RBIs for Corona del Mar (6-8-1) in a third-round consolation game.
