MISSION VIEJO : Pellets Discharged at Car, Officials Say
Two shots fired from what sheriff’s deputies believe was a pellet gun glanced off a Carson woman’s car early Monday morning, but she was not hurt.
Toshia Gina Mohler, 29, told deputies she was driving near Crown Valley and Marguerite parkways about 1 a.m. when she heard what sounded like two shots, said Lt. Richard Olson, a Sheriff’s Department spokesman.
One pellet hit the right front door and the other hit the windshield without doing much damage, Olson said.
Sheriff’s deputies searched the area but found no suspects, Olson said.
