8 People Injured in Head-On Crash
Eight people were injured, three critically, Monday morning in a head-on collision in the 7000 block of Black Mountain Road, San Diego Police said.
Clemente Dominguez was driving east on Black Mountain Road when the car in which he and three other men were riding crossed the double-yellow lines and hit a car driven by Linda Powrie. Three children, ages 10 to 16, were riding with her.
All were taken to area hospitals. Dominguez was charged Monday with drunk driving.
No other information was available.
