They Are Asking for Inquiry Sign
It is bad enough that your paper runs a farce of a feature such as “Betting with Janice” and allows documented losers to handicap publicly. But it is a sad day when your judges want to know how horse players are able to beat the track. Horse racing is a pari-mutuel wagering activity in which experts such as myself are able to take full advantage of ill-informed, L.A. Times-reading morons, such as 99% of the Southern California track-goers.
Get a clue as to how the race track works and maybe the momentum of having correct information will spread like wildfire through your publication.
