A grand jury in Indianapolis could decide as early as Friday whether former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson should be charged with raping a beauty pageant contestant, Marion County Prosecutor Jeffrey Modisett said.
Modisett said the grand jurors are expected to meet today and Friday.
“We’ll have to play it by ear on whether they can begin their deliberations on Friday or next week,” he said.
