RACK’ EM: The Anaheim City Council this week approved what could be the largest pool hall in Orange County. Club Rack and Roll, on Anaheim Boulevard, will have 29 billiard tables in an “upscale” nightclub and restaurant. Owner Thomas N. Oeschger says it should rival the 26-table Shark Club in Costa Mesa, a popular business crowd hangout. . . . Mayor Fred Hunter says with enthusiasm: “The whole connotation (of pool halls) is changing. These clubs have become real ‘in’ types of places.”
