Proper Credit for Design
This letter is to clarify that Heritage Square of Oxnard was designed by the team of Pacific Coast Land Design and Mainstreet Architects and Planners. The idea for Heritage Square was formulated by the Oxnard Redevelopment Agency. Mainstreet and Pacific Coast Land Design were jointly responsible for the completion of all planning documents approved by the council, all conceptual and construction documents and the design portion of the construction administration of the project.
The Heritage Square of today would be far different were it not for the special chemistry created by the joint effort of two knowledgeable and caring firms, continually supported and directed by a savvy Redevelopment Agency under the careful scrutiny of the Oxnard City Council.
The positive energy created by this project has already begun to infuse the downtown with a new vitality.
