A Jackson Legacy: Jackie Jackson, eldest brother of Michael, Janet and the rest of the Jackson clan, has formed Legacy Entertainment, an independent feature film and television production company. The company’s first offering, “The Legacy,” is a film about a group of five multicultural boys who sing and dance, due out next year. The boys, the so-called successors to the Jackson Five, were picked by Jackson after a national talent search. The goal of the L.A and New York-based company, also headed by Eban Kelly and film producer Librado Barocio, is to create music-based family entertainment. A press release announcing the venture says that it has the full support of the Jackson family.
