In another women’s games:

Claremont-Mudd-Scripps 64, The Master’s 55--Karen Marinko of host Claremont-Mudd-Scripps led all scorers with 16 points in a nonconference game.

Tricia Plummer and Krissi Trower each scored 14 points to lead Master’s. Deborah Prociw added 13 points.

MEN

Valley 78, Moorpark 65--Damian Wilson scored a game-high 32 points for Moorpark (2-7) in his return from a four-game suspension, but it was not enough to save Moorpark for a nonconference loss at Valley.

Russell Baldwin had 28 points and 15 rebounds to lead Valley (6-5). Shane Bright had 10 points and 11 assists and Art Kirksey added 12 points and 11 rebounds for Valley.
