Azusa Pacific 81, Cal Lutheran 76--Jeff deLaveaga scored a game-high 38 points in a nonconference loss at Azusa Pacific.WOMEN’S BASKETBALL

Arizona 112, Cal State Northridge 66--The Matadors (0-10) committed 34 turnovers against host Arizona (3-4) as Kim Chandler lost her first game as Northridge’s interim coach.

Northridge lost despite having four players in double figures. Shagarro Lattin led the Matadors with 17 points, followed by Jody Bittner (16), Christine Rumfola (15) and Dawn Broline (10).

Arizona’s Shawn Coder scored a game-high 30 points. Freshman teammate Jacinda Sweet, from North Hollywood High, added six.

Glendale 60, Citrus 43--Stephanie Ball paced Glendale with 10 points, 10 rebounds and eight steals in a nonconference game at Glendale. Lisa Bjornberg had a game-high 15 points and Jeanna Barsamian added 10 points and 13 rebounds for the Vaqueros (4-5).

Ventura 62, Canyons 51--Ytteb Bowls scored 20 points and Cori Herman added 10 as Ventura advanced to the championship final of the Canyons tournament. Ventura (9-1) will meet Allan Hancock tonight at 7.

Shannon Solway led Canyons (5-7) with 13 points and Kim Fischer added 10.
