Fresno State’s Mark Barsotti connected with California’s Brian Treggs on a 77-yard touchdown pass with 3:24 left to rally the West to a 27-20 victory over the East in the Hula Bowl at Honolulu. Barsotti passed to UCLA running back Kevin Smith for the two-point conversion.
