Coach Mike Holmgren, who plans a staff of 11 Green Bay Packer assistants, said he has hired two of his former associates with the San Francisco 49ers.
Sherman Lewis, 49, San Francisco receivers coach, and Ray Rhodes, 41, 49er defensive backs coach, will work as offensive and defensive coordinators.
Holmgren said that Dick Jauron, 41, will remain as defensive backfield coach.
