An Indianapolis judge said she will allow evidence from an FBI investigation to be used against former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson during his rape trial next week.
Defense attorneys said that allowing the evidence would prejudice jurors because the FBI, a federal agency, does not usually get involved in state rape investigations.
