Leach, MacPhie Win Indoor Title
Jon Leach, a former tennis standout at Laguna Beach High School, and teammate Brian MacPhie won the Rolex National Indoor Intercollegiate Tennis Championships doubles title Sunday in Eden Prairie, Minn.
Leach, who now attends USC, and MacPhie defeated the Notre Dame team of Chuck Coleman and David DiLucia, 7-6, 6-4.
Leach and MacPhie, who are 12-0 this season, became the third doubles team from USC to win the event in the past six years.
