City and business leaders from Lynn, Mass., met with NFL officials in Orlando, Fla., to propose a 70,000-seat, $200-million domed stadium for the New England Patriots.
The plan is the latest to be proposed by a community intent on luring the Patriots away from Foxboro Stadium while keeping them in New England.
Lynn’s proposal would be built with bonds backed by the city and cover 200 acres.
