Cincinnati Red shortstop Barry Larkin and New York Yankee outfielder Danny Tartabull came off the disabled list Friday. Larkin had been sidelined because of a sprained left knee after colliding with teammate Glenn Braggs as they were trying to field a fly ball April 15. Tartabull batted .308 with one homer and 10 RBIs in 12 games before he suffered a pulled muscle in his left hamstring and a sprained right wrist. . . . Utilityman Steve Lyons, released earlier this season by the Atlanta Braves, was signed Friday by the Montreal Expos.
