A Cincinnati judge ordered a youth charged in the shooting death of Indianapolis Colt defensive end Shane Curry to undergo mental and physical tests. Judge John O’Connor of Hamilton County Juvenile Court said he would use the test results to decide whether the 15-year-old boy was competent to stand trial as an adult.
