Man Killed When He Falls Into Shredding Machine

ROCKAWAY TOWNSHIP, N.J. —
An employee of the Record of Hackensack was killed when he fell into a shredding machine at the newspaper’s production plant and someone turned it on, the newspaper reported Saturday.
Police investigators and company officials said Fabian W. Pesantes, 25, had been attempting to clear a jam in the machine when he fell in.
