Donte Scarbrough, a junior running back who was sent to Granada Hills High for disciplinary reasons last fall, has enrolled at Kennedy.

Scarbrough rushed for a team-high 704 yards for Kennedy last fall before he was sent to Granada Hills on an opportunity transfer. Scarbrough allegedly took a jacket from another Kennedy student, precipitating the transfer.

Chaminade High running back Justin Giovannettone, the MVP of the Mission League, said he plans to play football at UC Davis, a Division II school that does not offer scholarships.

Giovannettone rushed for 1,474 yards and 22 touchdowns last year.
