Aug. 23 Probable Date for Letterman on CBS

Now that CBS executives have made the decision to keep David Letterman in New York, the next question to be resolved is when he’ll launch his 11:30 p.m. show. Nothing official has been announced, but they’ve set Aug. 23 as the likely start date.
Letterman will end his NBC show on June 25.
