Pay TV: New Line Cinema will license its films to Encore Media Corp. beginning next year in an exclusive, four-year deal that New Line values at more than $150 million. The move is a further expansion by Encore, which earlier this year announced six new specialty channels and signed an agreement to show Universal Pictures films. Some of the first New Line films that Encore will show include “Corinna, Corinna” with Whoopi Goldberg and “Lane Frost” with Luke Perry.
