No. 1 in ‘No Time’

Clint Black didn’t kill much time getting to the top of The Times’ Southern California country chart with his new “No Time to Kill.” His show last weekend at Anaheim Arena probably generated enough sales to keep him on top for the next few weeks. That “Sleepless in Seattle” soundtrack tops the chart with a collection featuring dusty relics by artists like Jimmy Durante and Gene Autry. Cypress Hill’s primer on pot-smoking, “Black Sunday,” had another strong week, slipping just a notch to No. 2 in its second week on the chart.
