Orloff, 29, replaces Scott Strosnider, who resigned in July. Santa Ana Valley was 3-6-1, 1-3-1 in league play last year.

Orloff, Century’s defensive coordinator the past two years, joins two other former Centurion assistants as rookie head coaches this season: La Habra’s Rick Milhizer and El Modena’s Steve Howard.
