The Philadelphia Eagles waived kicker Roger Ruzek and gave his job to former New York Giant Matt Bahr. Ruzek, signed by the Eagles as a free agent in 1989, made two of four field goal attempts this season before sitting out last Sunday’s game because of an injury. The Eagles signed Bahr to fill in, and he kicked two field goals in a 34-31 victory over the Washington Redskins.
