Jack Murry has resigned as the Dana Hills football coach, Principal Rickie Lundgren said Thursday.
Murry is stepping down because of health reasons. Murry has suffered recurring problems with his neck, for which he will undergo surgery in December. He submitted his resignation with three weeks left in the season, then rescinded it.
Murry, 43, was the Dolphins’ coach for one season. They finished 1-9.
