* * Angie and Debbie, “Angie and Debbie,” Capitol. It’s no surprise that Whitney Houston is the duo’s chief supporter. Siblings of the gospel-singing Winans clan, Angie and Debbie have a vocal timbre and polish that recall Houston herself. She even puts in an appearance on “Light of Love,” which is like most of the tracks here--pretty but far from passionate.
