DIVISION III BASEBALL PLAYOFFS
In another Division III game:
La Quinta 3, Covina Charter Oak 2--With the scored tied, 2-2, in the seventh inning, Anibal Delacruz’s sacrifice fly drove in C.J. Livernois with the winning run. Earlier in the seventh, La Quinta scored on a passed ball. La Quinta (24-3) plays Saddleback Tuesday at Saddleback.
Tustin 15, Garden Grove 3--Derek Baker and Ryan Windmill each homered for the Tillers (22-5). Baker had three RBIs and Windmill had two RBIs.
Tustin will play Lancaster Antelope Valley on Tuesday at a site to be determined.
