Westlake High’s Cathy Davie has committed to play softball for Michigan and will sign a letter of intent today, the first day of the NCAA early signing period.

Davie, an All-Marmonte League and All-Ventura County center fielder who hit .311 last year, will join former Simi Valley High standout Sara Griffin, who signed with Michigan during the early signing period a year ago.
