ALL-VENTURA COUNTY FOOTBALL TEAM

Westlake High’s Billy Miller highlights The Times’ 1994 All-Ventura County football team. The senior wide receiver who caught a county-high 67 passes has been selected player of the year. Other top honors went to Nordhoff’s Josh Hawkins as back of the year, Buena’s John Raymond as lineman of the year, and Nordhoff’s Cliff Farrar as coach of the year.
