Shane Anderson (SS)

LA REINA

This Stanford-bound senior was a sore sight for pitchers’ eyes this season. The Regents’ cleanup hitter smacked four home runs, batted .393 and led La Reina to the Southern Section Division V final.

Jennifer Baltruzak (RHP)

LA REINA

Baltruzak, who finished 18-5, was virtually untouchable in the Tri-Valley League. The junior closed league play by pitching 56 consecutive innings without allowing an earned run.
