Kennedy 47, Birmingham 14--Antwane Smith left the game with a twisted knee just before the half, but not before rushing for 171 yards and two touchdowns in 12 carries for Kennedy (5-0, 2-0) at Birmingham.
Kennedy’s Calvin Zinck passed for 153 yards and a touchdown, completing eight of 12 attempts.
Birmingham (1-4, 0-2) was held to 37 yards in the first half.
