Salesian 36, St. Genevieve 0--The Mustangs outgained the Valiants, 354 yards to 59, at Birmingham High.
David Soto rushed for 176 yards and two touchdowns in eight carries for the Mustangs (5-2, 4-0).
Rickey Estrada of St. Genevieve rushed for 56 yards in 14 carries and Rodney Villanueva completed four of 10 passes for 26 yards with an interception.
The Valiants (2-5, 1-3) were in trouble from the outset as Salesian’s Rafael Morales scored on a 68-yard reverse on the first play.
